1. Product Quality

We are committed to providing high-quality products that match the description and images displayed.
If a manufacturing defect occurs, we will replace the item free of charge.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days inside Saudi Arabia.
Delivery time may vary based on location and courier availability.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

3. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
If the reason for return or exchange is not related to a mistake from Sheikh Studio (e.g., sizing or change of mind):
Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs (return + reshipment).
If the received item is incorrect or defective:
Sheikh Studio will cover all shipping costs.

4. Sale/Customized Items

Sale items and customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Allow 5–14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned product.
